1. Place your order

 

Choose your furniture and add it to 'My Basket'. You can select from any available delivery options in the cart area.

2. Accept delivery date

 

All of our deliveries are pre-booked with a date and time slot. You will receive you allocated delivery slot 2 - 4 days prior to the delivery taking place.

3. Receive your furniture

 

On the day of your delivery our couriers will call you approx 45 mins prior to their arrival to let you know they are on their way.

Our Standard Delivery Service
 

  • Our FREE standard delivery is available for all products big and small.

  • All deliveries are pre-booked. The courier will not attempt to deliver your item without confirming a delivery date and time slot with you first.

  • Standard delivery is to within the threshold of your home. The drivers are very helpfull and will assist in moving your item to a downstairs room of choice if possible and safe to do so (this is at drivers disrection).

  • We use only the best third party couriers that specialise in furniture and white goods delivery.

Our Two Man Delivery Service
 

  • Our two-man delivery option is available on many of our larger products for an additional £25.

  • All of our two-man deliveries are pre-booked. The courier will not attempt to deliver your item without confirming a delivery date and time slot with you first.

  • Delivery is to any room of choice both downstairs and upstairs (providing it is safe to do so).

  • We use only the best third party couriers that specialise in furniture and white goods delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How long will my delivery take?

  • You can find the delivery time estimation on the product page under 'Materials and Extra Details' section. Lead times vary depending on which item you wish to purchase. Lead times are based on the time quoted to us by our couriers.

Are the lead times accurate?
  • Yes! However they are estimations and not guaranteed delivery times. The actual date of delivery our couriers book in and confirm with you may not always fall exactly within the delivery estimation.

Can you deliver my furniture earlier than the estimated delivery time?
  • No. Although on many occasions the courier may be able to deliver earlier, this is down to factors including when you place your order and if they have a newly freed up slot on their delivery schedule. Unfortunately it is not something that we are able to request. We do not offer any express delivery services or next day delivery as in our experience the type of couriers that claim to offer this service are unreliable and do not take appropriate care of the furniture items.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
  • Yes. Simply contact us and with the new delivery details and we'll send you a new confirmation when we've sorted it for you. In the majority of cases this won't cause any significant delays unless you wish to change your address after you've already confirmed the delivery slot sent to you by the courier.

I accidently gave you the wrong address to deliver to and missed the delivery, what shall I do?
  • Tell us as soon as you can and we'll get in touch with the courier. Many of our couriers do multi-day delivery runs, so we'd have to wait for your item to arrive back at their depot and re-arrange delivery. This will cause a delay. If you were awaiting a two-man delivery or if your delivery was to a hard to reach post code and therefore fell under a surcharge (see below) then be aware you will still be charged for the delivery attempt.

I've waited beyond the estimated lead time and still not heard anything from the courier. What shall I do?
  • If there has been a problem with your delivery, such as your item being damaged or missing, we'll inform you. However on the rare occasion that there are delays this is usually down to a busy delivery schedule for the courier. Please be aware we use third party couriers so we cannot control them or order them to prioritise your delivery when delays occur. We do however work closely with our couriers and will always contact them on your behalf to find out what the problem is and when you can expect your delivery slot to be booked in with you.

I want to cancel my order (before it arrives).
  • If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund you will need to let us know within 48 hours. However after 48 hours the delivery process would have already begun as our couriers need to collect your item before arranging your delivery. In this instance you will be charged under the terms of our return policy which you can find here. If you wish to cancel due to delivery not being made within the estimated delivery time you will be entitled to a full refund once 21 days have elapsed since placing your order and still not having received a delivery slot from the courier.

I won't be in when the delivery arrives, can the courier leave the item outside?
  • No. Someone will need to be at your home to receive delivery as we provide confirmed deliveries only. We use pre-booked delivery services that provide you with a date and time slot as a way to avoid having to leave items outside and to provide as much convenience to our customers as possible.

The delivery date and time slot the courier has offered is not suitable, do I have to accept it?
  • No. When you receive your delivery slot (most likely via text or email) you will be provided instructions as to how to confirm it with them. If it's not suitable for you simply follow the instructions and let them know, the courier will then set about re-arranging a new delivery slot for you. There is no limit as to how many times you can request a new delivery slot.

I have confirmed the delivery slot with the courier however something has come up and I want to change it?
  • No problem, but tell us as soon as you possibly can. We'll inform the courier and they'll set about arranging a new delivery date for you.

Will the courier bring the item into my home with your free standard delivery service?
  • Yes absolutely! Our couriers are obliged to bring the item into your home and not simply leave it with you outside (unless for whatever reason you want them to). For insurance purposes they are technically only obliged to leave the item within the threshold of your home however the drivers are very helpful and providing it is safe for them they will often move the item into a downstairs room of your choice (safety is left to the drivers discretion only). This is the case for any size item you order from us, however if you are in doubt due to any particular layout of your home please do contact us and we'll be happy to discuss it with the courier for you.

Does your two man delivery service include placing the item upstairs?
  • Yes, providing it is safe for them to so.

I wish to return an item, do I have to arrange for it to be sent back to you?
  • Absolutely not! We'll arrange all the necessary details for the item to be collected from the address it was originally delivered to. This is the case regardless of whether it is a damaged item or just a straight forward return. You will then be contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable collection date and time slot.

Why is your two man delivery option not available for all products?
  • The cost of our two-man delivery service is subsidised by us and therefore is not suitable for small items. Whilst it's still a new service, we do intend to roll it out for all of our larger items shortly!

Unfortunately we cannot extend our free delivery offer to all areas of the UK. Below you can find a list of post codes that incur a £25 delivery charge - regardless of the size of furniture that you buy. This surcharge is added on even if you purchase our two-man delivery option.
